Terms and Conditions

This booking form agreement ("Agreement") sets out the terms and conditions between you (being an individual or a company acting through its authorised officer) ("you" or the "Client") and NOSA (Pty) Ltd ("NOSA" or "we" or "us").

It is your responsibility to notify us immediately of any change in your contact details and to provide us with alternative contact details. We will not be liable for any of your losses, costs, expenses or damages incurred or suffered by you as a consequence of your failure to provide accurate, up to date contract details;

Cancellation / Non-Attendance Please let us know as soon as possible, in writing, if you cannot attend. Cancellations must be made in writing, either by email, letter or fax. The date of cancellation shall be the date received by NOSA. Full refunds will only be given if you have given us 10 working days' notice before the start of the course. If less than 5 working days' notice is given, the full course fee will still be payable. If less than 10 working days' notice is given, 50% of the course fee will still be payable. NOSA reserves the right to withdraw / reschedule a course at any time.

Indemnity In accepting this order and confirming the booking, we hereby indemnify NOSA (Proprietary) Limited, its affiliated companies, directors, shareholders, agents (whether authorized or not), employees, servants, representatives and officers ("NOSA") for any claim that may arise against NOSA for any loss, damage (including direct, indirect and consequential damages and/or loss of profits), costs (including legal costs on the scale as between attorney and client and any additional legal costs), expenses and/or liability ( whether actual, contingent or otherwise) of whatever nature and however arising or caused ( including liability in terms of section 60 and 61 of Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008), which NOSA or any third party may suffer, incur or sustain or which may arise, directly or indirectly as a result of the personal injury or death of our employees and/or representatives whilst they undertake training presented by NOSA.

Other 1. Please ensure that you meet the minimum requirements as stipulated in the SAQA Unit Standard before attending NOSA Courses. All training material and presentations are in English.

2. Candidates agree to adhere to the Student Code of Conduct (available from NOSA branches or www.nosa.co.za).

3. On first day of the course, the candidates must bring: • Proof of Payment / Order Number for full amount • 2 x original certified copies of ID/Passport: Not older than 3 months (Certified except for Workshops) • 1 x original certified copy highest qualification (MERSETA and HWSETA Courses only) • If we do not receive the ID and highest qualification copies, we will not be able to issue your certificate to you, as we are endorsed by the respective SETA's.

4. Full course fee to be paid at least 1 week prior to course. 5. Companies that have been approved through the credit vetting process may provide valid purchase order numbers. 6. No booking confirmations will be forwarded to the client without the order number or proof of full payment. 7. Certain courses require the use of laptops. 8. No cell phones are allowed into the training rooms on the day/s of any assessments. 9. Certificates are issued upon a candidate being found competent, full payment received and submission of all documents per point c above 10. Candidates receive results via SMS to the cell number given on the Attendance Register. 11. Refreshments and lunch will only be provided if the training is conducted at one of the NOSA venues. 12. Please contact your NOSA branch should you require information about accommodation close to the venue.

I have read and agree to the terms and conditions in Section 4.

I am aware that it is my responsibility to contact NOSA if I do not receive an acknowledgement to this booking. I agree to my details being added to NOSA's database in order for information relating to my booking to be sent to me.
